Product Features
- This item converts the 2 AM/FM antennas behind your radio into one standard "Motorolla" style conenctor used by most aftermarket radios.
- The blue wire connects to your new radios "antenna turn on wire" to send power through the center pin of the antenna to turn on your antenna boosters near your rear windows. Some radios only have an amplifire turn on wire. This can also be used.
- If you purchase our Plug and play smart radio wiring harness, the metal pin is inserted into the harness for a true no cut installation.

This is a great product that solved the issue I had from a "Professional" installation of this Pioneer AVIC-F90BT where I only had FM which was staticky, at best, and at worst, NO RECEPTION. Forget about AM, I NEVER had reception until I installed this awesome product. For the longest time I thought something was broken-it wasn't. This product worked great for my 2005 Audi A4. Buy it if you have reception issues. Money well spent.

I purchased this product because previously I had installed an aftermarket stereo in my 2006 A4. When I installed the stereo, I had purchased a Metra antenna adapter along with it, and my FM reception was almost non existent. I purchased another Metra adapter and had the same problem. I did reconnect the original radio to the antenna and the reception was fine, so I determined that it wasn't the car antenna causing the problem. I came across this product in the Audi Forums and thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, it performed as badly as the Metra adapter did. After reconnecting the adapter to a different power wire from the radio, the Metra has performed better, but this one remained disappointing. I'm still not sure if this is an issue with the new radio or the wiring harness, but I do know this adapter did not perform as well as the metra one. I wish this new adapter would have fixed the problem I was having, but it did not. Thank you.
