Shipping Policies
- 5-10 business day shipping is guaranteed tp be delivered in 10 business days (2 weeks) there is no guarantee as to when it will ship
- Most in stock UPS orders placed by 3:00PM EST will ship same day.
- USPS orders usually go out same day if ordered before 10AM EST. Due to an understaffed local post office once in a while we do not receive our daily pickup so we cannot guarantee that USPS orders will go out same day.
- Orders that come in after 3:00PM EST will be considered order for the next shipping day.
- Our site does not show short term backorders. Please call ahead to verify stock if you wish to order an Express Method.
- We ONLY ship UPS USPS Priority or Economy shipping to the US.
- UPS delivers Monday - Friday except holidays. Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. Example: An overnight order on friday will arrive on monday. UPS Holiday Schedule: http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/ship/imp_exp/operation.html
- All international orders Ship Out by USPS Priority or USPS Express or UPS express. There are no brokerage fees for UPS express. All other duties and brokerage fees are the customers responsibility.
- A tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped on all orders except for APO & FPO Military addresses. We give free shipping as a small token for your service to our country.
- We will notify you of any backorders by 4:00 PM.EST on Express Orders. Within 24 Hours on Ground/Home orders. We recommend calling before ordering on express order.
- The reason we do not show stock on our site is because we have a network of warehouses that can get you your item in a timely matter so even though we do not have an item is stock we may be able to ship you your order for a warehouse in CA for quicker delivery. Or if a company has 10,000 SKU's we may have then ship all their product directly.
- Economy 5-10 Business Day Shipping is guaranteed to be delivered in 10 business days or you will be credited $5 (you must contact us to claim this). We usually order the item once the order is placed. Instead of taking the item out of our inventory we place an order on our regular restocking order and pass on the savings to you.
- All orders over $100 may require an adult signature at our discretion.
Refund Policies
- You must contact us for for an RMA# before sending anything back.
- For the holidays anything purchased from NOV 1st thru Dec 31st can be returned for 90 days.
- We will take back anything that is in new resalable condition without a restocking fee for a period of 60 days after the date of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable.
- We will take back anything that is in new unopened resalable condition with a 25% restocking fee after 60 days for up to 120 days. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable. We may take back open products from certain manufacturers at our own discretion.
- We will pay for shipping both ways if you receive a incorrect item (you order one item we send a different incorrect item must be sent back within 7 days of receipt).
- We will pay for shipping both both ways if you receive a defective item for the first 60 days.
- Unless otherwise stated all of our items have a one year warranty. If your item is defective after the first 60 days we will pay for return shipping but you must pay to ship it to us.
- In most cases we will send a replacement item out before we receive the original item but the replacement must be paid for and the original must be returned to us within 30 days of the replacement being sent in order to receive a refund.
- Items sent without an RMA# are not our responsibility 30 days after date of receipt. If you send an item back without an RMA# it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to you if we find that the refund is not acceptable. ALL items sent back without an RMA# will be subject to a %25 restocking fee.
