This is a perfect fit and feels solid. I did not complete follow the instructions, because I had the center console and glove box removed anyway, so I'm not sure if it can be installed the way the instructions say. It seems the glove box bottom screw would get in the way.
Also I should not that I ended up making a larger place that I tack welded to this, because I needed more space for mounting two items (radio control head and Scangauge II). It still feels very solid and does not get in the way of the glove box or cup holder.
