Product Description

This Dension unit is an iPod / iPhone and auxiliary device. If offers song and playlist controls from the radio and steering wheel controls while never locking the controls on the iPod or iPhone. It also has a universal aux input that can take audio from virtually any device and play it on your factory speakers. This device tricks the radio into thinking its an external CD changer. Since it uses the external CD changer port it does not disable the CD or cassette in the radio. Dension has made OEM iPod adapters for Volkswagen / Audi so you can expect OEM build and sound quality.

Why I love Enfig and my Dension 02/14/2014

When the iPod dock in my MkV Jetta died after a chance encounter with a particular caffeinated beverage, I was in the market for a replacement. After getting a $500 quote from my dealer and local car audio shop, I turned my search online. After stumbling upon Enfig by chance I was amazed at the products that they offer! I decided to pull the trigger. After ordering a replacement I waited patiently for this wonderful part. About a day later, I recieved a call from Enfig. I feared that they were going to tell me the replacement was out of stock. To my surprise, it was the staff telling me that they wanted to send me a better part at the same price, and wanted my "OK". Awesome! Not only has the Dension lasted longer than expected, but 2 years later it is still performing very well, and at a quarter of the cost of the dealer estimate. I highly recommend not only the Dension GW1LVW1, but Enfig as well! You guys rock! -A very happy, and now loyal Enfig customer.
