I shop value. For adding bluetooth to my 2006 Mini Cooper (with Boost Gen 3 and no nav system), that meant avoiding the factory BMW kit that is priced very high & requires complex installation. The Dension GBL3BM4 bluetooth gateway provided better value because its features are similar while the price point is ~5 times lower & installation is much easier. I chose Enfig as the vendor because they had a competitive price, good service reviews online, and accept product returns. Besides the hardware from Enfig, I used the iPod cable, IPO5DC9, from my old Dension wired-only gateway and added a 2nd bluetooth A2DP 30-pin unit to it. Results: My iPhone connects to the Dension BT and I can answer calls using the steering wheel controls. I mount the phone near the speedo so I can make a call or use the Waze GPS nav app while the audio is still coming through the Dension BT link. In addition, my old iPhone 3gs is now a bluetooth iPod with ~1500 songs linking thru the 2nd BT unit. Verdict: 9.5/10
