The kit and customer support was very good. I spent quite a bit of time researching the best approach for installing a new deck in my 2003 E320 considering it has Fiber Optics/Canbus power/controls. This kit along with the installation video made the install less intimidating. My 12 yr old son and I, knocked out the project quickly and he did a lot of the detail work. I am completely satisfied with the results and wished I had stumbled across the enfig harness a long time ago. Thanks!
