• iPod compatible with all models made from 01/2004 - 9/2008 except Shuffle. Will charge all models Use this chart as a guide. Call us up if you have a newer iPod.
• Text is only Displayed in XM Playlist or XM Folder Mode
• Direct Mode: Disc/XM Preset 8 is no text on the screen but full control from the iPod.
• Playlist mode : Disc/XM Preset 1-6 are your first 6 Playlists. Disc/XM Preset 7 is all your songs. Disc/XM Preset 8 is direct mode. Disc/XM Preset 8 is direct mode. The iPod controls are locked unless you are in disc/XM Preset 8 is direct mode. Text is not supported in CD Playlist mode just XM playlist mode.
• Direct Mode: Disc/XM Preset 8: no text on the screen but full control from the iPod
• Charges the iPod while playing, charging automatically ends one hour after the car is shut off in order to prevent car battery drain.
