Includes everything shown in picture. 1 cradle, 2 distance adapters, 2 rubber anti slip pads, 1 screw for attaching the swivel mount, 1 screw cover, 4 self tapping screws for attaching the swivel mount.
Does not include an interface. This is just a cradle with a attached cable.
