Enfig RMK-SL03 Radio mounting kit for Mercedes SL 2003-2004

Response from the owner:Thank you for your honest review Siddesh. We removed search many years ago because we sell many products with similar part numbers and in some Audi’s like the 2006-2007 A3 depending on how the car is equipped we sell 20 different interfaces and compatibility changes depending on the radio that is installed. The search box would cause customers to order products that are not compatible for their car. When you choose your car from the top of the page, you land on a page with all the products that are compatible with your car. Once you choose a product with the features you require, we list all the compatible accessories at the bottom of that page. The product you have ordered is on our new web site. We must have missed the related items on that product, and you are the first person to point that out. I have added all related accessories to the AI2-AUX including the Sat-Pass that you were looking for. https://shop.enfigcarstereo.com/product/enfig-ai2-aux/ I’m sorry for the frustration I have caused you. Response from the owner:Did you meant to leave me a 1 star review? I do not know who you are and I do not have your name in my system. If this was a mistake please delete it.

Response from the owner:Now I’m not going to say that I don’t deserve 3 stars once in a while. But when I do make mistakes I try very hard to make sure that the customer ends with a positive experience. I have looked in my orders and I do not see any orders with your initials in the last 6 months. I put this business before everything and my reputation is very important to me. I completely understand you want your privacy since your reviews and name are private but I would really appreciate it if you could reach out and let me know how I can resolve this for you. Or at least let me know who you are si I can make some sense of this. Christian
