Best customer service! Placed an online order and they called me to help me get the right size speaker mounts and harness for my amplifier. After explaining the planned install, they told me I didn't need all those parts and refunded me for the unnecessary equipment. Plug and play is true, just had to butt connect and crimp the speaker wires and it was completed! Keeps all of my factory equipment and got the amplifier power the speakers needed.

Puechased and looks good so far will update after install in 2025 RLine Black edition Tiguan tomorrow. Stay tuned. I’m sure it will be pain free and simple

I had my aftermarket CarPlay installed at Enfig Car Stereo and it has been everything I hoped for. When my car battery died and caused the CarPlay to disconnect, the owner went above and beyond by checking the entire vehicle, not just the CarPlay system, to ensure nothing was draining the car battery.
