Return Policy:
- You must contact us for for an RMA# before sending anything back.
- We will take back anything that is in new resalable condition without a restocking fee for a period of 14 days after the date of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable.
- We will take back anything that is in new resalable condition with a 25% restocking fee after14 days for up to 60 days. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable.
- We will pay for shipping both both ways if you receive a incorrect item(you order one item we send a different incorrect item must be sent back within 7 days of receipt).
- If you receive a defective item we will pay to ship a working product but you must pay to ship the the defective product back to us.
- In most cases we will send a replacement item out before we recive the original item but the replacement must be paid for and the original must be returned to us within 30 days of the replacement being sent in order to receive a refund.
- Items sent without an RMA# are not our responsibility 30 days after date of receipt. If you send an item back without an RMA# it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to you if we find that the refund is not acceptable. ALL items sent back wihout an RMA# will be subject to a %25 restocking fee.
