Shipping Policies
  • Most orders placed by 3:00PM will ship same day.
  • Our site does not show short term backorders. Please call ahead to verify stock if you wish to order an Express Method.
  • We only ship FedEx to the United States non PO BOX Adresses.
  • We will ship By USPS Priority to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & PO BOXES. All USPS orders must be called in.
  • FedEx Ground (Business Adresses) delivers Monday - Friday. Fedex Home (Residention Addresses) delivers Tuesday - Saturday. FedEx Express delivers Monday - Friday. FedEx Express also delivers on Saturdays for an additional Fee. If you require Saturday Delivery then the order must be called in.
  • All international orders Ship Out by FedEx Priority International. Ther are no expenside brokerage fees but you must pay all duties and customs fees upon delivery.
  • A tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped on all orders except for APO & FPO Military addresses. We give free shipping as a small token for your service to our country.

  • We will notify you of any backorders by 4:00 PM.EST on Express Orders. Within 24 Hours on Ground/Home orders.

Refund Policies

  • You must contact us for for an RMA# before sending anything back.
  • For the holidays anything purchased after Dec1st can be returned until Jan31st.
  • We will take back anything that is in new resalable condition without a restocking fee for a period of 30 days after the date of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable.
  • We will take back anything that is in new unopened resalable condition with a 25% restocking fee after 30 days for up to 60 days. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable. We may take back open products from certain manufacturers at our own discretion.
  • We will pay for shipping both both ways if you receive a incorrect item (you order one item we send a different incorrect item must be sent back within 7 days of receipt).
  • If you receive a defective item we will pay to ship a working product but you must pay to ship the the defective product back to us.
  • In most cases we will send a replacement item out before we receive the original item but the replacement must be paid for and the original must be returned to us within 30 days of the replacement being sent in order to receive a refund.
  • Items sent without an RMA# are not our responsibility 30 days after date of receipt. If you send an item back without an RMA# it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to you if we find that the refund is not acceptable. ALL items sent back without an RMA# will be subject to a %25 restocking fee.
