Response from the owner:I guess I deserve 1 star on this one I have had my main employee out due to a family issue the last few weeks so my email response times have been delayed. I also answer at least 100 emails a day so keeping up is a challenge on a regular week. Customer ordered a plug and play harness for a Volkswagen to connect a Kicker Key 200.4 amplifier. On the order he left the comment ”Can you please email me i want to use a harness for my mk7 golf r standard system to run 2 of these kicker amps Front+Rear and the 500.1 version for the sub if you could shed some light on how or if i could get this from you”. Since the order was shipping to Australia I knew that a return would cost almost as much as the product so I wanted him to receive what he needed. I let him know that the harness was not compatible if he wanted to install two amplifiers with the harness meant for one amplifier. I recommended that he use the harness that is half the price but he would need to run power to the battery and run wires directly to the tweeters. He said he did not want to do that because he wanted more power. I recommended he get a larger amplifier and use the less expensive harness since the harness he order was specifically for the Kicker KEY200.4 We went back and forth a few times about the order. I emailed him to ask what he wanted to do with the order because it had been sitting for a while. He responded with “Send it ? Its been a month theres nothing else you can help me with” I read that as “Why would I want you to send it?” and cancelled his order. It’s my mistake for not asking for clarification.
