Christian and his company is top notch. Had to call because of a packing discrepancy and it was fixed no questions asked. Items along with the install videos make it super easy for DIY install. All the items are well made.

Christian at Enfig Auto was super nice and helpful! FIVE START FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The reason I have 3 star review for Enfig auto is because of their website. It is not at all user friendly - It does not have a search option😔!! If you are a first time buyer from their website, it is a nightmare to find parts, and if you want to order some old parts combined with other parts, you cannot combine them because it directs you to their new website which does not have those parts listed on it.. In my case I wanted to buy Enfig Audi SAT PASS 2 & Enfig AI2-AUX and you cannot buy those parts together..

We removed search many years ago because we sell many products with similar part numbers and in some Audi’s like the 2006-2007 A3 depending on how the car is equipped we sell 20 different interfaces and compatibility changes depending on the radio that is installed. The search box would cause customers to order products that are not compatible for their car. When you choose your car from the top of the page, you land on a page with all the products that are compatible with your car. Once you choose a product with the features you require, we list all the compatible accessories at the bottom of that page. The product you have ordered is on our new web site. We must have missed the related items on that product, and you are the first person to point that out. Order a harness for my car asked Christian about some clarification things because I have little to no experience with Audio stuff and took the time to pull up a photo to my amp and explain what I have to do and by far the best service I have ever received in any company

I ordered everything I needed to replace my factory stereo. All the parts and connections are clearly marked, and the video online shows everything I needed to know. Glad I didn't have to call for tech help, but it is great to know Christian is available to help out if needed. He even included a fuse needed to take care of an issue with the factory amplifier, I wasn't aware of. Thanks Christian, you will be my go to if needed for any future installations.

Ordered the kit for Pioneer AVH-W4500 NEX for my 2014 Audi R8 and the system works great. The plug and play and no cut trim piece is the way to go. I love the new look. Thank you Christian and Enfig Car Stereo.
