Mistakingly ordered the wrong adapter so I called and they answered right away changed over my order recommended other pieces I would need and shipped very quickly. Ridiculously easy to plug everything in truly plug and play. Everything worked perfectly. Made my Bose system in my 03 Cabriolet sound so much clearer, louder and better sound quality. Got to even keep the steering wheel controls. Radio surround bezel looks oem everyone keeps asking if the radio came with the vehicle and people that know say it makes the inside look so much better than the factory radio. I never do reviews on anything but I am so satisfied with enfigs professionalism and quality I would recommend it to anyone and am recommending it to anyone that wants to swap out a factory system and retain all the wiring clean like oem. Literally have no complaints they make it so easy you can do it yourself!! Thank you enfig!!
